BRAWOLINER liners
Seamless textile liners for pipes DN 50 to DN 400, including 90° bends and changes in diameter. Thanks to its special loop construction, BRAWOLINER® is extremely flexible, which makes it suitable for renovating defective pipes with bends of up to 90° and up to two changes in diameter. The liner has a service life of over 50 years and is an economical and environmentally friendly alternative to open excavation.

Resins
Fast curing, long pot life and light curing resins for different pipes and conditions. BRAWO® SYSTEMS resins have been developed specifically for rehabilitating sewer systems. BRAWO® epoxy resins cure at ambient and at higher temperatures, and heat shortens the curing time considerably. For fast light curing there is the vinyl ester resin BRAWO® LR. The resins are optimised for use with BRAWOLINER®.

Curing
The BRAWO Magnavity UV LED system and equipment for curing with steam and hot water. BRAWO® epoxy resins can cure at ambient temperature, but adding heat shortens the curing time considerably. Heat can be applied with hot water or steam. BRAWO® SYSTEMS offers reliable heating units for heating water and for feeding water and steam into the pipe. Magnavity is a light curing system: an intelligent LED head with 96 or 192 high-power UV LEDs, a 50 m hose, a retraction unit and a control box.

Installation equipment
Resin mixers, impregnation tables, inversion drums and vacuum pumps for small diameter pipes. The right installation equipment and tools are the key to a successful result, as important as the materials and the skills and knowledge of the installation crew. BRAWO® SYSTEMS offers a wide range of high-quality, easy-to-use tools and machines developed for the rehabilitation of small diameter drain and sewer pipes.

Accessories
AIRBAGLINER®, preliners, calibration hoses and tools for repairing pipe connections. Installation accessories make the work easier and faster. For example, AIRBAGLINER® simplifies resin curing with steam, the preliner is an outer foil tube between the liner and the pipe, and the calibration hose serves as a support tube when installing the liner.

Work vehicles
Rehabilitation vehicles, trailers and trucks fitted out to the customer's needs. BRAWO® Tech rehabilitation vehicles give the crew optimal working conditions: the ergonomic design of the impregnation unit, air conditioning and a well planned work area make the job considerably easier. Tools, equipment and materials can be stored safely on shelves and in compartments. The vehicles are configured in our own machine and systems workshop, and all equipment is inspected and CE certified.

Steam generating unit for curing resin.
Heat significantly shortens the curing time of epoxy resins. Hot water or steam can be fed directly into the pipe.
BRAWO manual compulsory mixer
Mixes resin and hardener thoroughly and without bubbles.
Counter rotating mixing tools prevent air from getting into the mix. High quality gearbox with quick coupling, reversible rotation.
Manual impregnation table
A good starter solution: mobile and easy to set up in the workshop or on site. Ideal for short pipe repairs.
Table with electric impregnation
A convenient, professional solution for long and large diameter liners as well. Impregnates carefully and evenly.

Heat resistant up to 150 °C, pressure resistant up to 2 bar, removable in less than 60 minutes.
Especially suited for passing bends, reusable up to 6 times.
Preliner
Flexible PE film tube between the liner and the pipe when bonding to the old pipe is not needed.
DN 100 to DN 300, suitable for bends of up to 90°.

The vehicles are configured by qualified staff in a machine and system workshop, with special attention to optimal use of space and weight distribution.
The insulated vehicle has a protected power distribution unit, lighting and electricity, an ergonomic impregnation unit and air conditioning. Shelves and compartments keep tools, equipment and materials in order during transport.
The trailer, electronics and all equipment are checked by experts and CE certified.
Production and training centre
Equipment and training for the Brawoliner technology
The production and training centre manufactures all the equipment needed for the Brawoliner technology. Training in using it takes place on site as well.
A BRAWOLINER® liner restores a damaged pipe from the inside. It has a service life of more than 50 years and is an economical, environmentally friendly alternative to excavation.
